Rusty Pelican Wedding Reception Photos Miami

The Rusty Pelican was Manny and Carol's choice for a delightful wedding reception.  The nautical charm and Miami skyline made for a magical mix of memories and emotions.  Carol's father was hilarious.  He was telling jokes in English, Spanish and Chinese!  They also had a formal chinese tea ceremony.  A very dignified sharing of tea served in a traditional asian style.  Carol is studying to be a doctor.  She will be great at it because she is so gentle and compassionate.  Manny and Carol were wonderful to work with.  They we always so kind and cheerful to everyone.  Asking us what they could do for us!  They are genuinely good people who care about others.   Scott Evans Productions was the DJ and MC for the evenings festivities.  we have worked with his team on several weddings and they are quite professional and entertaining.  A talented bunch!  The Rusty Pelican is always a great place for a wedding reception in Miami.  We would love to share your special day with you there!

First United Methodist Church of Coral Gables

Manny and Carol held their ceremony at the dramatically beautiful First United Methodist Church of Coral Gables.  It is a spectacular place to share a wedding celebration. The church doesn't allow for photos during the ceremony itself.  However, they are quite gracious about reenacting the main elements of the wedding ceremony afterwards to capture them close up.  Actually, it makes it a little easier for us, because we are as close as need be.  We would recommend First United Methodist Church of Coral Gables to anyone in the Miami area who wants a genuinely grand and austere wedding ceremony location.

Biltmore Hotel Wedding Photography

Manny and Carol had a splendid bride and groom portrait session at the stunning Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables, Miami Florida. Although they were getting married at the First United Methodist Church of Coral Gables, they wanted to get ready at a very special place to start off their wedding weekend. Carol looked absolutely radiant in her stunning white dress and Manny glowed when he first saw her. They wanted to have a chance to see each other before the ceremony. Often, couples will want to do their bride and groom portraits before the ceremony and reception. They say it takes the edge off of the day and it makes for a more relaxing ceremony.  Daniel and I had a great time photographing this wonderful couple with the beautiful backdrop of the Biltmore Hotel adding such rich textures and elegance.
